Verdi is a small community library located behind the Verdi Elementary School on Bridge Street. This library represents a collaboration between three government agencies: the Washoe County School District, the Washoe County Library, and the Nevada Department of Wildlife.
The library is in a beautiful forest setting. There is a 20-minute nature walk right outside our door, and the Truckee River is only a block away. Verdi is indeed a Community Library and serves as a place to pick up current bestsellers, to hold a meeting, to research local history or to gain access to the entire Washoe County Library System.
Verdi Community Library and Nature Center is not affiliated with AmericanTowns Media
