Durango Hills Golf Course is a Lee Schmidt/Brian Curley designed public 18-hole par 58 golf course. It opened for play in November 2002 and has received rave reviews. The club features a full service golf shop, restaurant/bar and a staff that specializes in customer service.
With undulating greens and scenic views of the Red Rock Mountains the course offers a spectacular golf experience in less than a traditional four hour round of golf. The course measures 3,777 yards from the back tees and consists of three par 4's on the front nine and one 1 par 4 on the back nine. This desert-style course with bunkers on every hole and four sets of tees, is a challenging test of golf for everyone from the professional golfer to the novice. The signature hole, number 18, is a par 3 measuring 154 yards. Although not the longest hole on the course, it's challenge lies in the water that guards the right side. The hole's beauty is enhanced by the views of the Snow and Sheep Mountains.
The Las Vegas climate lends itself to golf year round and with Durango Hills' convenient location in a Northwest residential community is has become a favorite of local golfers.
