About Us:
Cowboy Trail Rides is a family-owned and -operated horseback riding and tour company in Las Vegas. We have been providing horseback and horse-drawn-wagon rides for 13 years. We also present Western barbeque dinners, large and small group parties, lessons for young riders, corporate team-building events, and cowboy entertainment. Our ranch, hidden in the high desert mountains west of the city and minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, offers guests an authentic and adventurous Old West experience in one of America's most scenic protected environments.
Our site in the beautiful Red Rock National Conservation Area is operated under a license agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Guests are surprised by the vegetation -- many varieties of cactus, yucca, Joshua trees, grasses, bushes and flowers -- and the wildlife. Wild burros watch our riders from rocky hillsides, quail and chuckar abound along the trails, hawks sail above the canyons as they hunt ground squirrels and smaller birds, coyotes sing in the twilight.
