The Windmill Library serves the community in the southwest part of the Valley. The branch is energy efficient and was built using sustainable design and construction practices. It offers separate computer labs for adults and young people, wireless Internet access and a Young People's Library. The adjacent Service Center houses the Library District's administrative offices, support functions and processing center.
