It’s not exactly a secret that we love to party in Nevada. From the sparkling strip of Las Vegas to the bustling “Biggest Little City” of Reno, cocktail bars are a big hit all throughout the state. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic Tom Collins or something more creative, here are the best cocktail bars in the state!
The Tap is a classy, hip cocktail bar in Boulder City, Nevada. They host live music, “Mario Kart” tournaments, line dancing, birthday parties, engagement parties, retirement celebrations… anything you can think of. The food is delicious and the taps free flowing.
The Genoa Station Bar and Grill is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour. The menu is chock full of mouthwatering American and Mexican food with a full bar of beer, wine, and cocktails. We recommend trying their Genoa Station Runner (rum, peach schnapps, blackberry brandy, banana liquor, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine).
The Downtown Cocktail Room in Las Vegas, Nevada, is one of the best cocktail bars in the United States. Just ask the Los Angeles Times, Centurion Magazine, the Huffington Post, USA Today, Food and Wine… and more. The cocktail menu is large, diverse, and seasonal. Try anything. It’s all tasty.
Sierra St. Kitchen and Cocktail was rated “Best New Reno Restaurant” in 2016. Since then, they’ve only improved. The food menu is large with tons of comfort food options, including mac and cheese and lamb chops. But the main attraction are the libations. We like the Beet Martini (beet infused vodka, lemon/lime juice, simple syrup), but you can’t go wrong with any drink on the menu.
